A New Year is refreshing in many ways. Your calendar is open and it’s a fresh start to plan your year in ways that suit you best. Here at Iteration Insights, one thing we are truly excited about in 2024 is to attend more user groups, events and conferences.
As a company we have been working remotely since March of 2020. We love it! But we also love being around our community and learning with our peers. Power BI & Fabric Summit: Ultimate Data Analytics and More!
About Power BI and Fabric Summit
This is an event to learn the best practices, new features, and lessons in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. The Power BI Summit is a multi-day event bringing speakers from the Microsoft Power BI team’s product group, community experts, and MVPs worldwide.
All Power BI topics will be covered in this conference, from beginner to advanced. There are sessions for Power Query, DAX, Dataflow, Visualization, Power BI Desktop, Power BI report server, Mobile experience, Embedded, Power BI Premium, Architecture, and Governance.
Microsoft Fabric Summit is a multi-day event focusing on all aspects of Microsoft Fabric. This is the first year of running the Microsoft Fabric Summit; it will run alongside the Power BI Summit. Power BI tracks, and Fabric tracks will run in Parallel.
Microsoft Fabric Summit covers all aspects of Fabric, including but not limited to Data Engineering, Data Factory, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Synapse, Real-time Data Analytics, Business intelligence, Power BI, OneLake, Governance, and Administration.

Calgary Fabric User Group: Join Our Analytics Community
The Calgary Fabric User Group is dedicated to fostering a community of professionals in Calgary and the surrounding areas who are passionate about staying updated on the dynamic changes in the Microsoft analytics stack. Our goal is to facilitate discussions on the usage and advancements of various tools, including but not limited to Power BI, OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse Data Engineering, Synapse Data Science, Synapse Data Warehouse, Synapse Real-Time Analytics, Data Activator, Copilot in Fabric, and Purview.

Data Platform Next Step is a community event organized by a group of people with many years of experience arranging events and conferences. They have been involved and responsible in the organizing of SQLSaturday, Intelligence Cloud Conference, Power Platform World Tour, Data & BI Summit etc.
They are VERY passionate about delivering content to the community. All work with the conference is voluntarily and no one gets paid. Any profits go on to make the next event even better and to support other community event.

We’re delighted to be hosting another in-person event in this wonderful city! We know that there are so many benefits to attending in-person events, and by focusing on the in-person attendee experience we can make sure that we’re able to give you unrivalled access to leading industry experts and the high-quality training that you’ve come to expect from Summit.
We’re also delighted to confirm that next year’s event will be in a new venue! Summit 2024 will take place in the state-of-the-art Summit building at the Seattle Convention Center. The building is flooded with natural light, and features beautiful design accents inspired by the Pacific Northwest.
